We were all ready to go to Sangre de Cristo mountains, but due to bad weather we decided to visit Sandia Mountains,
which lie just east of Albuquerque. I really enjoyed this trip.

On the way to the campsite, there were a few storms around.

We saw this funny-lookin' guy on the trail.

This is our campsite, on North Sandia peak. Since it was windy, rainy, and cold, we stayed in Marat's tent and played Coloretto.

Finally the storms went away, so we enjoyed the sunset very much.

Another one just before sunset.

Well after sunset from near our campsite. That is Albuquerque.

Here is one from the morning on the way back to the car. The weather was much better.
Eric's house is in the lower right corner.
