Winter backcountry adventure in San
Juan Mountains of Colorado
Pavel and I left on Friday after work and
drove to Ouray, where we stayed with Jack. We spent next
two days snowshoeing and building an igloo. It was an
amazing experience, full of ups and downs, with a very
happy ending. Thank you Pavel and Jack. You guys are
awesome!

We built an igloo from scratch in 8 hours

meals. (photo taken by Pavel)

You cannot see the 40 lb backpack from
here, but believe me, it's there. (photo taken by Pavel)

A panorama of Ouray, a very lovely town
